Eligibility
|
US citizens must leave the US on their effective date and plan to reside
abroad for at least six months. Non-US citizens may reside anywhere including
their home country, although certain eligibility requirements may apply
to non-US citizens permanently residing in the US. Individuals covered
by the Global Medical Insurance plan by their 65th birthday who maintain
continuous coverage to age 75 are eligible for IMG's Global Senior PlanSM.

For families, the maximum deductible you will have to pay is equal to
three times the individual deductible amount.

Coinsurance Options
|
80/20 for treatment received INSIDE the U.S. or Canada: After
your deductible is met, co-insurance pays 80% of the next %5,000
of covered medical expenses and 100% thereafter up to Policy Maximum
For treatment received OUTSIDE the U.S or Canada: NO Coinsurance.
The plan pay 100% after deductible is met up to Policy Maximum

Out of Pocket Maximum
|
Varies with choice of deductible and where treatment is received.
Out of Pocket Max can be calculated by Adding your deductible and 20%
of Stop Loss. This will range from as little as $250 per year for a plan
with a $250 deductible and treatment received outside the US or Canada
to a max of $12,500 per year for a plan with a $10,000 deductible and
treatment received inside the US or Canada.
